As the founder of Action & Ease Leadership Coaching, I help engineering executives and managers propel themselves and their teams forward. I am best known for my innovative, 2-part coaching program that empowers you to identify the most valuable actions to take to grow yourself, lead with ease, communicate effectively, and guide your team to reach their potential.
I come to this work having trained hundreds of people across my 20+ year career in leadership roles in engineering, quality, manufacturing, and the National Ski Patrol. I hold a master’s degree in engineering management, multiple key quality and engineering certifications. In all that I do, I am passionate about guiding you to be able to trust yourself, reach others, and act with impact together.

Level Up Your Leadership is designed for subject matter experts and technically or analytical oriented professionals that excel with engineering and technical problem solving and are ready to grow when it comes to building relationships, motivating others, communicating clearly, and navigating their organization.

Group sessions will be hosted virtually via zoom every other Tuesday at noon Eastern. You will receive appointment notices for group sessions to put on your calendar and access from your personal client portal once you have completed your private one-on-one session.

Group sessions are one-hour delivered via zoom and may differ in format from session to session depending upon the topic and/or group preferences. Sessions may include presentations, break out rooms, group coaching, Q&A, etc.

While there are no makeups for group sessions, all sessions are recorded and you will receive a link via email and in your personal client portal to access all your group session recordings. If you are unable to attend a session and have a specific question, questions submitted 24 hours in advance will be addressed in the session.

Approximate duration is three months. Level Up Your Leadership starts with a private one-on-one session. Once scheduled, you are invited to the next six group coaching sessions that meet every other Tuesday at noon Eastern. You may purchase additional private sessions that can be used within three months of your sixth group session.
